(Sorry or the lack of apostrophes halfway through, my keyboard seems to be acting up."We’ve heard the old tales of a promise land and the songs of what’s to come. I understand how that is "too much effort", that is why Im saying, IF youre interested in saving the game enough. And again, if everyone is loud enough, the publishers do listen, the community just has to make up its mind. If you truly are passionate about the game and truly love it,and truly want to have the same old experience, what I suggest instead is, that you work on some kind of a campaign that will bring players back. If you haven't yet, read all the comments in this comment section, people are sharing their experiences with the private servers, which are such as "you'll need a guild or friends to play with, solo queue is non-existent" and I dont know about you, but if you mainly were enjoying the pve aspect as in running dungeons, that kills the whole point of moving servers. If the passionate members leave the already dying game, the game will truly die, the developers will see that and eventually shut the game servers down, as there won't be any paying players anymore, and let's be real, most online games are there for that: hook you on and take your money. However jumping ship is not the solution. I understand that you all want to play the game as it was in its prime, I'd be all for recreating that experience since I myself am also keeping beloved memories about it. If there is anything to take away from this, is that if there are other casual newcomers like me who are coming to the game late, they might end up confused if they join this private server. Anyway, OP asked for peoples' experience on menmas so i replied. So imagine my confusion when the looks didn't match up. I've only played the game this year and was on retail for a few weeks only before switching to a private server. You seem to be assuming that im a long time hardcore fan of this game.
So, wouldn't that mean that they all now have the same armor models? Or do you mean the version menmas is running on has the class specific armors, while retail has them unified? If it is the latter, do you happen to remember which patch implemented this armor unification?įinally, I'm not making stuff up, but i understand you may think that way. You mention that the heavy armor classes have different models.
Getting screenshots from menmas would take days tho since their client download speed is incredibly slow without a VPN.Īlso, i'm a bit confused with your explanation of armor models.
i'd do it myself but my retail TERA download still has a few hours left. Perhaps you could take a screenshot of a female castanic gunner wearing the armors i posted above. If i'm remembering things wrong then please refresh my memory.
